Wizard Feature Explainers

Wizards took users through each step of a system for their business. Think of it like a prepackaged email funnel, with every email built out, with bits and pieces you would fill in later ad lib. They’re educational and aimed to simplify the on boarding process to new users.

Our goal was to explain the concepts of each Wizard in a short explainer video. These appear at the first page of every Wizard module in the Ontraport software.

Support Center Update

Ontraport’s rebrand extended to it’s knowledge base, simplifying copy in every article for users. This provided an opportunity to produce a series of explainer style videos.

Each video was to be under a minute long, short and simple in it’s script. Storyboards were drawn up to hit the major beats of each concept before heading deep into production. Through collaboration with the design team a visual language was developed to explain each concept in this series.

Marketing Automation Masterplan

Ontraport’s Marketing Automation Masterplan is an extensive video course full of helpful information and software tutorials.

Every video was produced and edited by me. I dressed each set and rigged lighting as well as ran each session of production in order to capture the best image for every edit. The audio was also processed by me. In addition, I worked with talent to direct and capture our software to make the best tutorials for new users using OBS. This ‘Master Class’ style course included over 28 videos.
